Marjolein van Emst is an experienced litigator with more than 13 years of experience. She was previously employed at the renowned niche litigation firms Lemstra Van der Korst N.V. and Hoff Advocaten N.V. During her law studies, she was a clerk at the Maastricht district Court. In 2018, Marjolein completed the Grotius Academy specialisation course in corporate liability cum laude.

Marjolein combines sharp legal analysis with a practical and empathetic approach. She quickly understands what lies behind a dispute. Connecting is her strength.
